What we collect

When you send an enquiry we store the name, institution, email, phone, city and message you supply, along with the page you sent it from, the time, your IP address and browser string. The IP address and browser string exist to trace abuse of the form, nothing else.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie this site sets is a session cookie, which keeps the verification question and the form working, and is removed when you close the browser.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, and, if you become a customer, to run the subscription: orders, invoices, receipts, deliveries and claims. Customer records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax.

Who sees it

Our own staff, and the publishers your order goes to — a publisher needs the institution name and delivery address to fulfil a subscription. We do not sell, rent or trade contact details to anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for three years and then deleted. Accounting records are kept for the statutory period.

Your choices

Write to info@apexsubs.in and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We answer within thirty days. Deletion cannot extend to records we are legally required to keep.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Back-office access needs a named account and password, attempts are logged, and repeated failures lock the account.
